I love Bojangles. I grew up in NC where Bojangles are as plentiful as McDonalds. I was so excited to eat a little piece of home...that is until I ate here. The usually flaky, buttery biscuits were doughy and one was raw in the center. The chicken on the Cajun Filet biscuit was over cooked and dry, instead of moist and crispy. Very disappointed. The staff, while friendly, took forever! 2 cars ahead of me in the drive through and it took 15 minutes for me to get to the window, then 8 more for my order. There were 2 guests inside, already served, and at least 4 workers. If you live in this area, drive to the Winter Garden one. They aren't as good as the ones back home, but it's much better than this location.

The person taking my order was rude, the people in the kitchen had their face in the containers sniffing the food and they sneakily up charged my order. If you're in the area go to Sonic instead, their food and service was MUCH better.

Ok, from what I understand, this is the first Bo's to open in this area. As a Carolina girl, I have to say I love it! Great to know I can say "it's BO TIME" even when I'm visiting family. This is a decent-sized location, too. Nice big dining room, and super-clean, with friendly staff. I'll be back!

As far as fast food chicken goes, Bojangles has got it going on! I've been here a few times and the service is always fast and friendly. The chicken is finger licking good and the biscuits make you want to smack your momma! Better yet, get the chicken biscuit and have the best of both worlds with every bite. Also try the Bo special sauce, it's yummy with just a hint of kick.
